Senior Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the planning, organisation, and execution of HVAC projects.
- Coordination of the project team, including internal and external specialists and subcontractors.
- Development of technical concepts and solutions for HVAC systems considering customer requirements, efficiency standards, and technical regulations.
- Conducting cost and schedule planning as well as monitoring project progress.
- Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with legal regulations and standards.
- Communication and coordination with customers, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Risk management and proactive identification of potential problems and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a HF technician or FH engineer in HVAC or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager in one of the HVAC areas.
- Solid knowledge in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or sanitation.
- Experience in planning, execution, and supervision of HVAC projects.
- Good knowledge of common standards and regulations in building technology.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex matters clearly.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve technical challenges.
