Export Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 90,000For an established Swiss technology company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces high-quality components and material solutions for demanding industrial applications and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. Responsibilities:
Independent management of export processing from customer inquiry to international delivery
Preparation and verification of export, customs, and shipping documents according to country-specific requirements
Coordination of international transports as well as close cooperation with freight forwarders, customers, and internal departments
Monitoring delivery dates and proactively ensuring high delivery reliability
Negotiation and optimisation of transport and freight conditions
Maintenance of master and transaction data as well as inventory management in the ERP system
Support in the further development of export and logistics processes
Participation in international customer projects and trade fairs
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in export, foreign trade, or logistics
Several years of experience as an export specialist, in international order management, or in export logistics
Sound knowledge of international customs and export regulations
Good knowledge of ERP systems and confident handling of digital business processes
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
High communication skills as well as strong customer and service orientation
Very good German and good English skills, additional languages are a plus
