Team Leader Purchasing & Logistics (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF98,800 - 119,600Our client is an established Swiss organisation in the service sector. The focus is on high quality standards, efficient processes, and the continuous development of internal procedures.
Role:
As Team Leader Purchasing & Logistics, you will manage business customers domestically and abroad and ensure reliable handling of commercial and logistical processes.
Responsibilities:
You handle customer orders and accompany them through to completion.
You prepare offers, order documents, and invoices, ensuring correct processing.
You coordinate international goods deliveries and prepare the necessary shipping and customs documents.
You are the contact person for customer concerns and work closely with various internal departments.
You support import, export, and transport matters and ensure up-to-date information in the ERP system.
You participate in internal projects and take on team deputy duties as needed.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education from the industrial sector and bring professional experience in order processing.
You have several years of specialist and leadership experience in strategic and operational purchasing.
You are familiar with ERP systems and common office applications.
You convince through clear communication and a cooperative leadership style.
You speak German at a native level and fluent English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
