• Independent management of administration (e.g. incoming mail, business control, dispatch, deadline monitoring, accounting, archive)
• Independent and legally compliant handling of procedures in land law
• Preparation of statistical evaluations
• Active maintenance of interfaces with land registry offices, notaries, tax office, municipalities and banks

What you bring:

• Commercial training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and several years of experience
• Further education in real estate is an advantage
• Experience/knowledge in administration is an advantage
• Empathetic, open and communicative personality
• Careful, structured and discreet way of working as well as confident in spoken and written German
