Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced specialist as Project Manager / Service Technician Refrigeration for a versatile interface function between project execution and technical service. You will manage refrigeration systems from planning and technical clarification to commissioning and simultaneously carry out regular service assignments on refrigeration machines, heat pumps, climate cabinets and fan coils. In addition to technical project responsibility, you coordinate procurement, delivery dates and internal processes and support the field service with technical queries. The position is particularly suitable for experienced refrigeration specialists who want to combine practical service technology with project management and technical order processing.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of refrigeration systems from technical planning to commissioning and handover
Responsibility for quality-, deadline- and cost-compliant order processing
Review and processing of technical documents, system data, specifications and schematics
Technical design and coordination of refrigeration and heating systems and their components
Procurement of customer-specific products and refrigeration technology components in coordination with suppliers and internal departments
Support of the field service in technical and commercial matters
Execution of service, repair and maintenance work on refrigeration machines, heat pumps, climate cabinets and fan coils
Systematic fault analysis, error diagnosis and repair of refrigeration technology systems
Execution and accompaniment of commissioning, functional checks and system optimisations
Monitoring of delivery dates and material availability as well as coordination with internal logistics, customers and suppliers
Coordination of interfaces between project management, service, field service, logistics and customers
Creation and maintenance of the required project, service and system documentation
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as refrigeration system mechanic EFZ or comparable refrigeration technology training
Several years of professional experience as service technician refrigeration or heating
Initial experience in technical project or order processing and interest in further project responsibility
Sound knowledge of refrigeration machines, heat pumps, climate cabinets and refrigeration technology components
Experience in fault diagnosis, repair and commissioning of refrigeration and heating systems
Good German language skills; French or English skills are an advantage
