About the job
The Intermunicipal School Association of Haut-Lac (ASPIHL) brings together the municipalities of Chessel, Noville, Rennaz, Roche and Villeneuve. It manages and develops the necessary school infrastructures and services for the students of the Haut-Lac region.
In a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, ASPIHL coordinates, in particular, the management of school buildings and infrastructures, school transport, student reception and catering, as well as the administrative and financial aspects related to its activities.
On a human scale and close to the municipalities it represents, ASPIHL offers a varied working environment, where autonomy, collaboration and a sense of public service are central.
We are looking for
Accountant-Treasurer 50%
Your main tasks
- Maintaining general accounting according to the MCH2 model
- Managing debtors and creditors
- Monitoring cash flow and payments
- Preparing the budget and closing annual accounts
- Budget monitoring and financial analyses
- Preparing financial elements for the Management Committee and the Intermunicipal Council
- Managing and monitoring investments
- Collaborating with member municipalities, control bodies and various Association partners
- Participating in administrative and financial work related to ASPIHL activities
- Preparing payroll statements, social charges, withholding tax and salary certificates
Your profile
- Recognised training in accounting and/or finance
- Proven experience in accounting
- Experience in a public administration or public authority is a real asset
- Knowledge of the MCH2 accounting model is desirable
- Very good command of common IT tools
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and rigour
- Analytical mind and ease with numbers
- Discretion and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work within a small team and in an environment involving several institutional partners
