YOUR TASKS
With us, you take responsibility and accompany our patients with expertise, empathy and commitment.
- You ensure holistic, individual and professional care according to the nursing process.
- You care for the patients entrusted to you before and after surgical procedures in various specialist areas.
- You independently and competently carry out medically prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
- You recognise emergency situations early, act confidently and initiate the necessary measures until the doctor arrives.
- You ensure a smooth operation of the day clinic and take on administrative, organisational and logistical tasks.
- You work closely with an interdisciplinary team and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our processes.
- Regular working hours without night and shift duties.
- The day clinic is closed for two weeks in summer and for one week between Christmas and New Year, allowing you to plan your holidays early and reliably.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a committed individual who enjoys patient-oriented care and lives the team spirit.
- You have completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- You work independently, responsibly and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You are characterised by high social competence, empathy and a strong service and patient orientation.
- Organisational talent, flexibility and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
- You communicate openly, appreciatively and enjoy interdisciplinary work.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
