Specialist Responsible for Operational IT with Leadership Role (a) 100%

Anyone familiar with our production knows: standstill is not an option. That is why we are looking for a hands-on personality who does not shape IT from behind a desk. You are close to production, understand the needs of our internal customers, and find pragmatic solutions with real added value. With your service orientation, technical understanding, and sense for operational processes, you ensure that our production-related systems function reliably and are continuously developed. In doing so, you lead a small team with one employee. Your role particularly includes the following activities:

• Ensuring the operation and support of production-related IT, OT, and production systems as well as SAP, MES, and other applications
• Analysing requirements from production and specialist departments as well as coordinating changes, tests, and releases
• Leading and implementing technical projects in the production environment
• Leading and developing one employee and planning resources within your area of responsibility
• Collaborating with production, specialist departments, group IT, and external partners as well as implementing security requirements

You have a qualification as an ICT Supporter EFZ, IT Specialist EFZ, or a comparable education with further training at HF/FH level, leadership training and/or preferably project management training. In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:

• Experience with production-related IT, OT, and production systems, ideally in the SAP and MES environment
• Good knowledge of networks, databases as well as IT and OT security; good German and English skills
• Hands-on mentality, strong service orientation, and enjoyment in working close to production and implementing pragmatic solutions together with the specialist departments
• Experience in leading or developing employees
