We manage AMAG garages, Body Shop Centres and Used Car Centres, providing reliable and personalised service.To strengthen our AMAG Lausanne team, we are looking for a Body Shop After-Sales Advisor (M/F) 100% for a position available immediately or by arrangement.
At the heart of our body shop service, you support our customers after an accident or damage to their vehicle, offering reassuring and professional follow-up at every stage. From reception to handover, you coordinate repairs with the workshop, experts and insurers, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of work is maintained.

Your tasks
- Customer relationship manager: You will be the point of contact for our customers, coordinating appointments until the vehicle is returned, while maintaining active relationships.
- True link between our customers and the body shop: you advise, schedule interventions and ensure an impeccable customer experience at every stage of the file.
- Offer expert: You will prepare quotes in line with requests, ensure the cleanliness and completeness of vehicles, and manage workshop orders professionally.
- Mobility champion: You will create a friendly atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and passion for mobility.
Your profile
- Certified bodywork technician (M/F)
- Strong commercial knowledge
- Several years of professional experience as an after-sales advisor
- Confident presentation, neat appearance and impeccable manners
- High service orientation, communication skills and willingness to commit
- Advanced IT knowledge is an advantage
- Category B driving licence
