Role:
A traditional Swiss industrial company specialising in the development and manufacture of high-quality specialised vehicles and technical solutions for winter services and snow clearance.

Responsibilities:
You shape the company’s HR direction and further develop structures, processes, and tools suitable for future requirements.
Together with management, you strengthen the corporate culture, position the employer attractively, and actively shape the organisation within the framework of change processes.
You act as a sparring partner for managers and employees on all HR and labour law matters, ensuring practical and sustainable solutions.
Vocational training is also your responsibility: you support apprentices and assist trainers in their tasks.
Besides the strategic orientation, you keep an eye on the operational HR organisation and ensure efficient administration, social insurance, and collaboration on payroll.
Qualifications:
A solid advanced HR education forms your foundation, complemented by several years of professional experience in a versatile HR role.
You have already taken responsibility for a team and understand how to combine strategic topics with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
You are well-versed in Swiss labour law, social insurance, and modern HR processes and have experience with organisational or change projects.
You have very good German and good English skills.
