Trust Officer (m/f/d)
Role:
As a trust officer, you support our ROCKEN partner in managing a variety of SMEs and private clients. Depending on your experience and workload, you will manage financial, debtor, creditor and payroll accounting, prepare VAT returns as well as tax declarations for natural and legal persons. You will also assist with monthly and annual financial statements and take on tasks in personnel administration as well as general trust services. You will be in direct contact with clients and can rely on the support of the small trust team for any questions.
Responsibilities:
You manage financial accounting including debtors and creditors and prepare VAT returns.
You assist the team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
Tax declarations for natural and legal persons are part of your duties.
You manage payroll accounting and take on the associated personnel administration.
General trust services and administrative tasks complement your responsibilities.
You maintain direct contact with clients and ensure regular communication.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or comparable education.
You bring trust experience and good accounting knowledge. Alternatively, a lateral entry from a commercial environment with solid accounting experience is also possible.
You enjoy working with numbers and varied tasks.
Your working style is independent, reliable and precise; you present yourself in a friendly and customer-oriented manner in client contact.
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Abacus and/or Suiteify (formerly Infoniqa/Sage) is an advantage.
