We are currently looking for Socio-Educational Assistants (ASE) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of support and assistance in the field of care and education.

Your mission

• Supporting beneficiaries with disabilities in daily life activities.
• Participating in the development and implementation of personalised educational projects.
• Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for beneficiaries.
• You participate in and/or create various activities.
• Contributing to the organisation of educational, cultural and social activities.

Your profile

• Recognised Socio-Educational Assistant (ASE) diploma in Switzerland.
• Two years of experience in a similar position is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage complex situations with calm and professionalism.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Able to work both day and night shifts.
