Your Tasks
Leading and further developing a committed team in technical maintenance
Ensuring reliable and efficient tool and equipment maintenance
Planning, coordinating and prioritising maintenance and repair work
Analysing malfunctions and technical problems as well as implementing sustainable solutions
Further development of maintenance, repair and spare parts processes
Coordinating internal interfaces as well as external partners and suppliers
Participating in technical projects, optimisations and further developments
Supporting the introduction and improvement of new tools and processes
Ensuring clean technical documentation and compliance with relevant quality and safety standards
Responsibility for resources, key figures and efficient organisation of the area
Promoting and professionally developing employees

Several years of professional experience in toolmaking, tool maintenance or technical maintenance environment
Initial or solid leadership experience and enjoyment in further developing a team
Strong technical understanding and a solution-oriented, practical mindset
Experience with maintenance, repair and technical optimisations
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
High quality and safety standards
Completed technical training, for example as a toolmaker, polymechanic or in a comparable technical profession
Further training at technician HF, master craftsman or comparable level is an advantage
