Project Manager Implementation of Health Policy Overall Planning 2030 – Topic Emergency Services 80 – 100%
Exciting tasks await:
- Overall project management within the framework of implementing the strategies of the Health Policy Overall Planning 2030 on the topic of emergency services, including project organisation, roadmap, resource planning as well as management of deadlines, costs, quality, risks and reporting
- Analysis of emergency service supply data and determination of justified operational areas as well as design and coordination of the procurement and application process including suitability and award criteria
- Development of the leadership and coordination function of the SNZ 144, definition of disposition and instruction processes as well as clarification of interfaces with all operational partners
- Feasibility and implementation analysis of connecting the medical emergency call centre to the cantonal administration
What you bring:
- Master’s degree from a university of applied sciences or university in a relevant field or qualification from a higher technical school with corresponding additional training (DAS, MAS), preferably in business administration, public management, healthcare, emergency services, civil protection, logistics or business informatics
- Several years of experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects with various stakeholders
- Solid experience in healthcare or emergency services, civil protection, emergency call organisations or a comparable regulated, safety-critical environment
- Experience with organisational development, procurement, awarding or legislative projects
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, confident manner with authorities and expert committees as well as a reliable, solution-oriented and resilient working style
