Apprenticeship Specialist in Facility Management EFZ

• You keep outdoor areas and buildings in good condition – you clean, repair and fix structural damage
• You monitor machines and building services systems, maintain them regularly and carry out minor repairs
• Replacing seals, lamps or door locks is also part of your daily routine
• You carefully check heating, electrical installations and sanitary facilities
• With tasks such as waste management, grounds maintenance, snow clearance and surface repairs, you ensure order and safety on the premises
• This way you ensure smooth operations and contribute to the preservation of our buildings

• You have technical understanding and manual skills and always work conscientiously
• You are physically resilient and ready to get stuck in

Holidays
In the 1st year of apprenticeship you have 8 weeks, in the 2nd year 7 weeks and in the following years 6 weeks of holiday.

Events
During your training with us, you will participate in various events such as Welcome Day, advanced seminar, apprentice camp, graduation ceremony, etc.

Financial support
With us, not only the salary is right: you receive a fair apprentice wage plus a 13th month salary. If you show full commitment at school, in the inter-company course and in the company, you can even secure a performance bonus. We pay for the school materials and give you a financial contribution for the notebook. On top of that, you get a half-fare travelcard for your entire apprenticeship.
