At ELEVATE, we develop and realise demanding residential properties – from the energetic renovation and modernisation of existing buildings to new construction projects.

To strengthen our architecture team, we are looking for an experienced individual who is particularly at home in execution and detailed planning and who brings their technical and constructive experience directly into our projects.

Your role

• Development and further development of execution, detail and working drawings

• Planning and technical elaboration of our projects with a focus on the realisation phase

• Development of constructive, design and economically convincing detailed solutions

• Coordination and integration of plans from specialist planners and other project participants

• Review and coordination of technical interfaces between architecture, specialist planning and execution

• Close collaboration with our overall project managers, site managers and the internal architecture team

• Support with tenders as well as assessment of technical solutions and contractor offers

• Accompanying projects during execution and resolving planning issues on site

• Ensuring our quality and design standards through to implementation

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in architecture ETH/FH or equivalent education

• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland with a clear focus on execution planning and realisation

• Proven experience in handling projects in the relevant SIA phases of tendering and execution

• Very good constructive understanding and pronounced detail competence

• Sound knowledge of Swiss building regulations, standards and planning standards

• Confident handling of ArchiCAD

• Experience in residential construction as well as in conversion, renovation or existing projects is an advantage

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• You think beyond your own planning area and seek pragmatic solutions that also work on site
