At the heart of our activities, you will discover the many facets of the profession and gradually develop your autonomy thanks to personalised support and the variety of tasks you will be entrusted with.

What awaits you if you join us?

During your apprenticeship, you will complete six-month placements within nine different departments. This organisation will allow you to discover several areas of activity, understand their operation, and acquire a comprehensive view of the commercial employee profession.

After a first month dedicated to discovering our IT tools and working methods, you will gradually take on various tasks and responsibilities. On a daily basis, you will participate in administrative activities and support the teams in their missions. You will thus develop your skills, your sense of organisation, and your ability to work independently.

You will also join a team of about ten apprentices with whom you can exchange, collaborate, and participate in various projects. Our trainers, accompanied and coached in their role, will guide you throughout your journey to help you progress and succeed in your apprenticeship.

"I wanted to work in a company that made sense to me and in my region; moreover, the versatility of the ECA was an element that attracted me. During my apprenticeship, I was able to fully handle claims files, manage a bank account, and enter insurance policies. I really enjoyed organising the outing for apprentices and trainers, as I learned to contact companies, make offers, manage a budget, and discovered how even the most invisible details are important for the smooth running of such a day.

Your profile:

• You have completed your compulsory schooling with good results or will finish in June 2027 and wish to undertake a commercial employee CFC apprenticeship.
• You are a motivated, curious person eager to learn.
• You enjoy teamwork and have good interpersonal skills.
• You are organised, rigorous, and conscientious in the tasks entrusted to you.
• You are proficient with common IT tools or wish to develop your skills in this area.
