Apprenticeship Retail Specialist EFZ

• You will advise customers in a friendly and competent manner and sell suitable products
• You will organise your tasks independently, prepare deliveries and work confidently on the computer
• You will keep an eye on the flow of goods, check incoming deliveries and store them properly
• You will ensure that all items are available in sufficient quantity and at the right time for delivery and are invoiced correctly

• You convince with sociability and reliability when selling and advising
• You thrive in dealing with people and express yourself confidently both orally and in writing
• Organisation suits you, you enjoy working with numbers and approach your tasks in a structured way
• Your English skills and enthusiasm for working on the computer complement the team perfectly

Holidays
In the 1st year of apprenticeship you have 8 weeks, in the 2nd year 7 weeks and in the following years 6 weeks of holiday.

Events
During your training with us, you will participate in various events such as Welcome Day, advanced seminar, apprentice camp, graduation celebration, etc.

Financial support
With us, not only the salary is right: You receive a fair apprentice salary plus a 13th month salary. If you give your full effort at school, in the inter-company course and in the company, you can even secure a performance bonus. We pay for the school materials and give you a financial contribution for the notebook. On top of that, you get a half-fare travelcard for your entire apprenticeship.
