Property Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

You manage the accounting of your own property portfolio
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including reporting
You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements and check them
You manage and reconcile debtor, creditor, and tenant accounts
You support dunning and debt collection processes
You accompany new mandates and prepare opening entries
You advise the property management on accounting-related questions
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in financial or property accounting
Several years of professional experience in property accounting
Experience with Garaio REM or comparable software is highly desirable
Independent and precise working style
Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
