Your Tasks

• Reception and care of patients
• Organisation of consultations and appointment scheduling
• Assistance with ophthalmological examinations and treatments
• Conducting preliminary examinations (e.g. vision tests, OCT, visual field measurements)
• Preparation of patients for diagnostic procedures or interventions
• Administrative tasks (patient records, telephone, correspondence)
• Ensuring smooth practice and clinic operations

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Experience in ophthalmology / eye care is an advantage
• Confident handling of medical devices for preliminary examinations is an advantage
• Friendly, professional manner in dealing with patients
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Teamwork skills and resilience
• Very good knowledge of German
