Digital Transformation Manager - Processes & Business Applications (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Responsibilities:
You analyse business processes together with the specialist departments and continuously develop processes, guidelines and internal standards.
You design the central company application from requirements gathering through conception and testing to productive implementation.
You manage digitisation and organisational projects, coordinate stakeholders and ensure milestones are reliably achieved.
You support internal project managers with suitable methods, structures and your experience for successful implementation.
You connect specialist departments, software partners and external experts, train users and assist with complex evaluations and processing procedures.
Qualifications:
You bring experience in process management, project management, business applications or digital transformation.
You quickly grasp complex contexts, think in networks and consistently translate insights into concrete improvements.
You work independently, in a structured and quality-conscious manner and convince through a strong implementation focus.
You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, can represent well-founded positions and know how to win people over to change.
You are proactive, pragmatic and reliable and have expert-level German language skills.
