Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for construction management and the renovation of residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for minor repairs up to comprehensive renewal and renovation projects and will accompany these from planning to completion. The focus is on the preservation and further development of existing properties, the development of renovation concepts, as well as the coordination of clients, authorities, specialist planners and companies. The position combines project management, client representation and technical property development in a professional real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
Planning and management of repair, renewal and renovation projects for residential and commercial properties
Responsibility for construction projects from planning through tendering and implementation to project completion
Acting as client representative and advising owners on constructional and building-technical issues
Analysis of the property portfolio regarding repair needs, preservation of value and structural development possibilities
Development and implementation of renovation, maintenance and renewal concepts
Planning and coordination of architectural and construction services as well as integration of relevant building technology
Management and coordination of authorities, architects, specialist planners, specialists and executing companies
Preparation and monitoring of project budgets, cost estimates, schedules and construction costs
Conducting tenders, offer comparisons and awards as well as accompanying contractor services
Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines throughout the entire project execution
Conducting construction inspections, acceptance and defect management as well as organising project documentation
Use of construction administration software, ideally WinBau, for cost, contract and project administration
Qualifications:
Degree as FH/ETH Architect, certified technician HF construction planning/construction management, construction manager or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland with experience in renovation, conversion or repair projects
Solid experience in project management, construction management and/or client representation
Knowledge of construction costs, tendering, awarding, scheduling and contract law
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and construction administration software, knowledge of WinBau is an advantage
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
