Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual for the management of demanding architecture and building projects. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams and represent the projects to clients, specialist planners and contractors. In doing so, you combine architectural design aspirations with sound technical understanding and professional project organisation and control. The focus is on high-quality and future-proof architectural concepts taking into account constructive, economic and sustainable requirements.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of demanding architecture and building projects through the relevant SIA phases
Technical and organisational leadership of internal project teams as well as coordination of tasks and responsibilities
Representation of the planning team to clients, specialist planners, authorities and contractors
Control and coordination of design, project planning, approval and execution planning
Development and assessment of architectural, constructive and design solutions
Responsibility for project goals regarding quality, deadlines, costs and planning reliability
Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary specialist planning as well as ensuring structured interface management
Preparation and leadership of project, client and specialist planner meetings as well as follow-up of relevant decisions
Conducting plan reviews and quality assurance as well as coordination of project and execution documents
Support of approval, tendering and awarding processes in collaboration with the respective project participants
Support of realisation through detail clarifications, planning coordination and technical solution finding
Integration of sustainability, climate-adapted construction and long-term usability quality into project development
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree ETH/FH or comparable recognised architectural education
Several years of professional experience in independent management of demanding architecture projects, preferably in the Swiss market
Experience in technical leadership of project teams and interdisciplinary specialist planners
Sound knowledge of SIA phases, Swiss planning and construction processes
Expertise in project planning, construction, execution planning and quality assurance
Experience in coordination with clients, authorities and contractors
Very good German skills spoken and written
