IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with an international focus and high expertise in mechanical and plant engineering. The company develops technically sophisticated system solutions and combines modern technologies with comprehensive engineering know-how. Responsibilities:
Handling and resolving complex incidents and service requests in 2nd-level support
Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
Administration and support of Active Directory as well as relevant IT systems
Participation in IT infrastructure projects and taking on technical tasks within various initiatives
Coordination and escalation of incidents as well as proactive customer communication during operational interruptions and maintenance work
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable IT qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or a comparable environment
Good knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and Active Directory
Experience with Oracle and MS SQL as well as willingness to participate in on-call duties
Fluent German and English skills, Italian is an advantage, as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
