ERP is more than just software to you: you think in terms of processes, interfaces, and sustainable solutions? This position offers the opportunity to actively shape digital business processes, lead projects across various company departments, and strategically further develop modern business applications.
Responsibilities:
Leading projects related to ERP, business applications, and digital processes
Capturing, evaluating, and prioritising complex business requirements
Developing solution approaches together with specialist departments and IT
Translating business requirements into technical concepts and project roadmaps
Coordinating implementations, optimisations, and system expansions
Managing external implementation partners and technology providers
Responsibility for project planning, resources, risks, and dependencies
Supporting data migrations, system integrations, and release processes
Analysing existing application landscapes and identifying optimisation potential
Establishing standardised processes for requirements engineering, testing, and change management
Supporting the further development of the digital enterprise architecture
Promoting automation and more efficient end-to-end processes
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, ideally as a certified system technician EFZ
Further education in business informatics HF or FH
Experience with ERP systems, business applications, or comparable enterprise solutions
Understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, and business processes
Experience in project management and collaboration with various stakeholders
Analytical thinking and a strong ability for structured problem-solving
Independent and reliable working style
Enthusiasm for digitalisation, process optimisation, and modern IT solutions
