Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Independent management of sub-projects as well as complete construction projects in the areas of new construction and conversion
Planning of execution dates, organisation of site logistics as well as preparation and monitoring of cost calculations
Conducting and recording construction meetings with all project participants
Development of construction and service descriptions as well as conducting tendering procedures
Coordination of specialist planners as well as internal and external craft businesses
Organisation and supervision of site work ensuring our quality standards
Control of compliance with standards, safety regulations, deadlines and budgets
Project handover including defect rectification and carrying out the warranty acceptance

What do I need to be successful?

Completed training in construction
Ideally first professional experience in construction management or a comparable function
Further training in construction management, construction planning or construction management is an advantage
Independent, structured and responsible way of working combined with assertiveness
Strong cost and quality awareness as well as high team and communication skills
High social competence, leadership strength and quick comprehension
Practical personality with a hands-on mentality and focus on order and safety on the construction site
Willingness to travel, mainly within Switzerland
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
