Clerk Order Processing and Export 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss company in the distribution of high-quality premium products with a strong market position. Responsibilities:
Check orders for completeness, availability, and correct customer data.
Create order confirmations and send them to customers.
Prepare and post down payment and final invoices.
Record and track supplier orders for customer and stock inventories.
Administratively handle international deliveries including export invoices.
Create and check required export and shipping documents.
Monitor incoming payments and review outstanding customer balances.
Maintain article, customer, and master data in the system.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Professional experience in order processing, internal sales, or export administration.
Good user knowledge of MS Office and common ERP systems.
Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.
Organisational strength, resilience, and solution-oriented approach.
Very good German skills and good French skills.
