YOUR TASKS
- You are the friendly face at reception – for patients, doctors and physicians at our radiology locations: Salem Hospital, Medical Center Wankdorf, Beau-Site Clinic, Permanence Clinic
- In the call centre, you coordinate appointments, plan radiological examinations and are the central contact person for our customers
- You inform, accompany and prepare patients for radiological examinations
- You take care of administrative tasks, such as sending reports and documents or obtaining medical records
- As a hub in everyday practice, you keep an overview and act confidently at the interface between medicine, administration and patient service
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed basic training in a service-oriented sector
- You are known as a communicative, flexible and socially competent personality
- A natural, warm manner with a lot of empathy is important to you
- Your PC skills are very good and you are confident in using digital tools
- You have very good German and French skills; additional languages are a plus
