Team Leader Support Mittelland (all)

Your area of responsibility

• You lead the support team professionally and personally and plan the available resources proactively
• As the central contact person, you ensure the administrative and technical service business in the region – with a focus on public lighting
• You are also responsible for administrative support as well as the regional receptions
• The quality of the work performed as well as compliance with relevant regulations, standards and safety requirements are your responsibility
• At the interface with internal specialist departments, you coordinate regional concerns and support procurement, work equipment and ICT applications
• With reliable order and cost control, you contribute to efficient service delivery

What you bring

• You have a commercial basic education with a technical flair and ideally further training in business administration or management
• Alternatively, you have a technical basic education, administrative knowledge and commercial further training, for example as a technical merchant
• You bring leadership experience and a good understanding of administrative and technical contexts; industry knowledge (energy – public lighting) is an advantage
• With your IT affinity, you quickly find your way around new systems and applications. Ideally, you already have advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft 365
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working, clear communication and team spirit characterise you
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing; knowledge of French is an advantage
