Your Responsibilities
- Project management & consulting
- Management and control of IT and digitalisation projects with clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Conducting preliminary studies, business cases as well as professional and technical concepts
- Design of solutions in areas such as:
- Input Management / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- DMS / ECM / electronic files
- Workflow automation
- Moderation of workshops, presentations and project meetings
- Close collaboration with clients, internal teams and external partners
- Product Owner (product suite)
- Responsibility for the strategic further development of an existing product suite in the information management environment
- Definition and prioritisation of the product roadmap
- Maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Close collaboration with development teams in an agile setup
- Market observation and integration of trends (e.g. IDP, automation, DMS)
- Support with demos, client presentations and go-to-market activities
Our Requirements
- Education or degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable (FH, university, ETH, federal diploma)
- Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally at the interface of business & IT
- Experience or strong interest in the role of Product Owner
- Knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Input Management / IDP
- DMS / ECM / archiving
- Workflow and process automation
- Experience in the banking or insurance environment is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
