Role:
As a Low-Code Platform Engineer (Microsoft), you design business applications with the Microsoft Power Platform from the initial idea to productive operation. Good solutions start for you with understanding business processes, not with code. Therefore, you consistently rely on standard components and only extend where it creates real added value. Customers appreciate you as a technical sparring partner who translates complex requirements into clear architectures. You always keep performance, security, and scalability in mind.
Responsibilities:
You implement complex model-driven apps and canvas apps and ensure scalability, maintainability, and fast performance.
You model tables, relationships, views, and permission concepts cleanly in Dataverse and map business logic with Power Fx.
You digitalise business processes with Power Automate and implement approval processes as well as cross-system flows.
Furthermore, you link solutions with Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, and third-party systems via standard connectors, custom connectors, and REST interfaces.
If necessary, you complement hybrid architectures with Azure services and develop chatbots with Copilot Studio.
Additionally, you establish ALM processes for development, test, and production environments, accompany deployments, and optimise existing solutions with reusable components.
Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of solid development experience with Power Apps and are familiar with both canvas and model-driven apps from practice.
You master data modelling, business rules, and role-based security in Dataverse confidently.
You implement complex logic in Power Fx and automated workflows in a structured and efficient manner.
Experience with environments, solutions, and application lifecycle management (ALM) is part of your toolkit.
Additionally, you ideally score with knowledge in Azure, custom connectors, or bot technologies as well as a Microsoft certification such as the Power Platform Developer Associate.
You also moderate workshops with ease, analyse requirements precisely, and communicate effortlessly in both German and English.
Benefits:
- Home office
- Experienced and dynamic team
- Interesting and varied tasks/projects
- Flat hierarchies
- Flexible working hours
- Open corporate culture
- Coaching and mentoring
- Attractive benefits in case of illness or accident
- Participation in or provision of company car
