YOUR TASKS

• As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth daily routine in the practice
• With organisational talent and empathy, you respond individually to the needs of our patients – from appointment scheduling to personal care before, during and after examinations
• You actively support our sports doctors during consultations and diagnostic tests
• You are an important contact person for our physiotherapists and support them in their daily routine
• Independently conducting various examinations – such as ECG or lung function tests – rounds off your varied daily work
• Additionally, you take on important administrative and digital tasks, such as maintaining patient data, organising processes in the practice management system and ensuring efficient digital documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• You are characterised by a strong service orientation and high resilience
• Your working style is efficient, structured and marked by organisational talent and a quick grasp
• You enjoy direct and telephone contact with patients
• You work very efficiently in the administrative area and have a confident handling of digital systems and practice software
