You are looking for a new challenge as an ICT System Engineer and already have experience in this field. In this role, you take responsibility for IT system and service solutions. You focus on the design and implementation of solutions in cloud computing, ICT hardware, and business software. You are responsible for the implementation and operation of IT systems and services to meet your customers’ requirements. You contribute your skills and experience to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
You develop and implement modern IT infrastructures in hybrid cloud and local server environments.
You realise secure network solutions, Microsoft 365 platforms, and integrated communication systems.
You coordinate technical customer projects and accompany their implementation from planning to successful launch.
You analyse complex faults, support users at second and third-level support, and ensure stable IT services.
You design effective cybersecurity measures, optimise existing protection mechanisms, and advise customers on technical challenges.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training and have several years of experience in systems engineering.
You are proficient in Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and modern Microsoft 365 services.
You are familiar with network architectures, firewalls, and hybrid IT landscapes.
Ideally, you have knowledge of Azure, Intune, Teams telephony, VDI, RDS, or Securepoint.
You impress with initiative, customer orientation, and eagerness to learn, communicate very well in German and well in English, and hold a category B driving licence.
