You are responsible for the operation, optimisation and further development of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Remote Apps and automate recurring processes with PowerShell.
You design and operate modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Windows Autopilot and endpoint management.
You monitor the deployed systems and services, perform health checks and support monitoring, reporting and early detection of technical weaknesses.
You analyse existing IT processes, identify optimisation potentials and develop efficient and sustainable solutions through standardisation and automation.
You maintain technical documentation, operational processes and best practices in Confluence and thereby promote structured knowledge exchange within the team.
Qualifications:
You have completed a training or degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field and bring around 3 years of professional experience in the area of IT workplace, client engineering, system engineering or cloud workplace.
You have practical experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows client management or Microsoft 365 and want to deepen your knowledge in Azure Virtual Desktop and modern cloud and workplace technologies.
You have initial knowledge of PowerShell and are interested in continuously expanding your skills in scripting and automation.
You enjoy working on troubleshooting, system analyses and developing sustainable technical solutions and convince with a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
You are team-oriented, communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy further developing your expertise and taking responsibility in the field of modern workplace engineering.
