ERP Project Leader ABACUS (m/f/d)

You analyse clients’ business processes in detail, identify improvement potentials, and develop tailored ERP solutions that create real added value.
You take on consulting and act as the central contact person for ABACUS software.
You efficiently implement the designed ERP solutions and ensure they are optimally integrated into existing workflows.
You lead projects with commitment and responsibility, coordinate all parties involved, and ensure that goals, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field and possess the necessary understanding of business processes and IT.
Depending on your experience, you have initial practical experience or already solid know-how as a consultant in the ERP environment.
You are well versed in payroll, HR, operations management, or finance and understand how processes in these areas interlock.
You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and actively contribute ideas and solutions.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
