Dispatcher 100% (m/f)
Your tasks
- Disposition, planning and control of vehicles in close cooperation with the sales department
- Organisation of orders up to the delivery of vehicles
- Administrative processing for passenger cars and vans
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- Preparation of sales documentation and general correspondence
- Customer contact in the administrative area
- Reception cover (holiday cover)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education
- Initial professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, ideally as a dispatcher
- Team player with a flair for numbers, accounting knowledge, customer orientation and good MS Office skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Structured, efficient, reliable work with a high quality awareness
- Flawless German skills as well as English skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
