For our client in the Canton of Lucerne, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual as Head of Sales & Marketing (a). Take responsibility at the executive level and actively shape the further development of the market, sales, and customer relationships.

What you will achieve

• Responsible for the Market & Sales area including budget responsibility
• Leading and further developing the sales organisation
• Acquiring and managing new and existing customers
• Planning and implementing sales and marketing activities
• Optimising sales processes as well as further developing key figures and systems

What you bring with you

• Commercial or technical basic education with appropriate further training
• Several years of sales and leadership experience in B2B and B2C environments
• Experience in building and further developing sales organisations
• Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and decisive personality
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
