Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)
Our client is a Swiss industrial company specialising in the manufacture and processing of technical components. The company offers customised solutions and combines technical expertise with modern manufacturing processes.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will work in the internal sales department of a manufacturing industrial company. You will accompany customer orders from enquiry to ongoing series support.
Responsibilities:
You check enquiries for feasibility
Calculation and preparation of quotations
Order processing up to production
Deadline monitoring with planning
Handling of complaints
Administrative support of project management
Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Experience in an industrial company, ideally in the metal industry
Practical experience in commercial order processing
Confident in ERP and MS Office
Very good German, good English skills are an advantage
Structured, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
Reliable, self-reliant and communicative
