IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Operation & maintenance of the entire ICT infrastructure including administration, maintenance, and ensuring availability
Support (1st & 2nd level) as the first point of contact for employees with questions about OnPrem and Microsoft 365
Analysis & resolution of faults as well as participation in ICT projects (infrastructure, digitalisation, AI, SAP R/3)
Creation of documentation & instructions as well as support in training and awareness-raising of employees
Qualifications:
Completed IT training
Great passion for ICT support and several years of professional experience in the ICT field
Quick comprehension, pronounced problem-solving skills and enjoyment of working in a team
Service-oriented working style, combined with independence and high reliability
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
Very good German skills spoken and written
