Modern IT infrastructures are constantly evolving. We are looking for a motivated individual who ensures the reliable operation of business-critical systems, integrates innovative technologies, and actively contributes to digitalisation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operation and further development of modern server and infrastructure platforms
Administration and optimisation of Windows-based system landscapes
Ensuring high availability, performance, and IT security
Analysis, processing, and sustainable resolution of technical support requests at 1st and 2nd level
Participation in infrastructure, cloud, and digitalisation projects
Introduction of standardised operational processes and continuous improvement of existing workflows
Support for automation and monitoring solutions
Creation of technical documentation and knowledge databases
Collaboration with departments to develop efficient and future-oriented IT solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or comparable professional experience
Experience in operating modern IT infrastructures and Microsoft system landscapes
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, and Active Directory
Knowledge of Linux, virtualisation, or cloud technologies is an advantage
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell, or monitoring solutions is welcome
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Analytical thinking as well as strong service and customer orientation
Enthusiasm for modern infrastructure technologies, automation, and continuous development
