Responsibilities:
You are the technical trusted advisor for our clients. Together with your team, you ensure that their IT runs reliably and continuously evolves. Specifically, this means:
You support, operate, and develop the ICT infrastructures of our clients, both on-site and remotely.
You plan and execute client projects independently and accompany them to successful completion.
You capture client needs and requirements and develop concepts and documentation from them.
You further develop existing services and introduce new solutions to clients.
You support your team with technical inquiries and contribute your knowledge in presales.
Qualifications:
You enjoy technology and interacting with people. You bring the following:
A completed education as an ICT specialist EFZ or equivalent, plus several years of experience as a Systems Engineer
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
Good understanding of network technologies and ICT infrastructures as well as a strong awareness of ICT security
Good German and English skills, service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
An independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with initiative and quick comprehension
