You combine business understanding with IT know-how and want to support companies in digitalising their business processes? In this role, you advise new and existing clients on the Abacus financial and personnel applications, analyse their requirements and develop suitable solution concepts.
You independently manage Abacus projects from planning to implementation and ensure ongoing support. You also create practical instructions and share your knowledge in webinars and training sessions. Varied client projects and development opportunities await you in a collegial environment.
Responsibilities:
Advising and supporting new and existing clients in close cooperation with the trusteeship team
Analysing operational requirements and developing appropriate solution concepts with Abacus financial and personnel applications
Independent planning and implementation of Abacus projects
Ensuring daily support and assisting with technical and professional queries
Creating user documentation and practical instructions
Organising and conducting webinars and training sessions for Abacus users
Qualifications:
Degree in business informatics at HF, FH or university level or an equivalent qualification
In-depth knowledge of Abacus software and strong IT affinity
Good business understanding and ability to recognise customer needs
Service- and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
Professional demeanour and interest in building long-term customer relationships
