Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced project manager for the further development and technical support of building services and production infrastructure. Our client produces high-quality food and meat specialties and operates modern production facilities as well as complex technical infrastructures. The company offers a technologically demanding environment, modern infrastructure, supported further training, and long-term development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Management and supervision of conversion, expansion, and modernisation projects on the technical infrastructure
Support and further development of systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, steam, and water treatment
Technical evaluation and selection of new systems, equipment, and components
Conducting offer comparisons, procurement, and supplier coordination
Supervision of installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new technical systems
Coordination of internal specialist departments, external planners, suppliers, and service providers
Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and technical requirements
Optimisation of existing building services and production infrastructures regarding operational safety and efficiency
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training in building services, mechanics, electrical engineering, or comparable
Further training as technician HF/TS, industrial foreman, maintenance specialist with federal certificate or comparable
Several years of professional experience in building services, technical infrastructure, or maintenance
Experience in project management as well as in conversion, expansion, and investment projects
Good German language skills spoken and written
