Handling service orders and small projects for SME customers in virtualised and hybrid ICT systems according to ITILv4 and ITSM
Maintenance and care of highly available ICT platforms
Technical responsibility for the operation of customer systems
Second- and third-level support as well as remote maintenance and operating deployments
Optimisation and further development of existing products and contracts
Qualifications:
Completed technical IT training (certificate of competence) or higher professional examination, NDS or Bachelor
At least 5 years of experience as an ICT System Engineer
Knowledge in standardisation and automation is an advantage
Very good German skills, spoken and written
