The Addiction Valais¦Sucht Wallis Foundation is the cantonal reference for addictions. It offers specialised support to anyone facing addictive behaviour (with or without substances), as well as to their relatives. It consists of five counselling and support centres, a day centre, three residential centres, socio-educational support services at home, and central services. The Foundation is inspired by the recovery model, through an individualised approach built with each person.

Head of Outpatient Department 90% - 100%
Your responsibility:
You assume strategic and operational responsibility for the entire outpatient department (counselling and support centres, Ardon day centre, socio-educational follow-up at home).
To this end, you:
- Ensure the coherence, quality and development of outpatient services, relying on internal data, current knowledge in the field of addictions, and feedback from the network.
- Exercise leadership in line with institutional values with approximately 45 employees and 6 frontline managers, setting a clear and supportive framework.
- Encourage team adherence to institutional directions while stimulating professional reflexivity and the evolution of practices.
- Analyse emerging needs and formulate structuring proposals for the development of services.
- Represent the outpatient department in coordination bodies and with partners in the socio-health network.
Yourself:
You have strong professional legitimacy.
You hold:
- A university or University of Applied Sciences degree in health, psychology, social work or a related field.
- A recognised specialisation in the field of addictions (CAS in addictions).
- An advanced management qualification (DAS or equivalent).
You have:
- Significant field experience in the area of addictions or mental health.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent knowledge of the socio-health environment and its collaboration dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- A good level of German language.
You demonstrate:
- The ability to think complexity through, decide and take clear positions.
- An aptitude to question existing practices and drive change.
- A leadership stance based on trust and responsibility.
