You:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a housekeeping manager
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and cleaning, ideally in a medical-social environment or community setting
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Carefolio is an asset)
• Excellent command of French, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
• Flexible hours: availability for continuous, split shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Good interpersonal skills, emotional control and ease in interacting with vulnerable or distressed people
• Neat appearance, cheerful and dynamic attitude, courtesy and good communication skills
• Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
• Versatility and open-mindedness

Your main objectives:

• Daily, monthly and annual cleaning of rooms, circulation areas and common lounges in compliance with hygiene and safety procedures
• Cleaning of administrative offices
• Versatility in maintenance and cleaning activities across various hotel sectors: cleaning, kitchen, cafeteria, laundry, etc.
• Participate in serving breakfast and meals to residents
• Support or even replace the housekeeping manager in organising and supervising housekeeping work, as well as managing schedules, orders, stocks and training new staff
• Actively participate in the training of GEI apprentices
• Participate in various conferences
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
