Structural Technician / Civil Engineering Technician (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Technical and organisational monitoring of construction sites
• Coordination of teams and subcontractors
• Work planning and meeting deadlines
• Preparation and verification of measurements and quotes
• Cost monitoring and budget management
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Participation in site meetings
• Interface with clients, architects and partners

Your profile

• Technician ES training, site manager or equivalent
• Mandatory experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of structural work and civil engineering
• Experience in villa projects, renovation or swimming pools (an advantage)
• Good command of IT tools and technical software
• Organisational skills, autonomy and rigour
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Residence within 30 minutes of Geneva at the time of application
