Do you want to manage demanding district heating network projects from tendering to successful completion? In this responsible role, you lead complex construction projects within energy networks and ensure timely and budget-compliant implementation.
Responsibilities:
Planning, management and implementation of district heating network projects
Responsibility for tendering, awarding and construction phase in utility line construction
Management of large and capital-intensive projects
Coordination of the interests of various stakeholders
Leadership within projects and consistent implementation of project goals
Identifying, assessing and utilising opportunities and risks
Close collaboration with programme management as well as those responsible for energy centres, sales and communication
Qualifications:
Technical education, e.g. as an engineer or technician HF
Proven experience in leading network projects, ideally in the district heating sector
Sound knowledge of project management and contract law
Experience in managing complex projects
Good business understanding
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build sustainable relationships with authorities, customers, suppliers and partners
