Role:
The company is an established Swiss software house that has been developing innovative business software for companies from various industries for many years.
At the centre is a comprehensive, modular ERP solution that digitally maps business processes from finance and controlling to HR and payroll accounting, as well as administration, sales, production, and supply chain.
Employees work with technologically demanding products used in the daily business of numerous companies and operate at the interface of digitalisation, business, and modern software development.
Responsibilities:
You ensure correct and timely payroll and support employees as well as internal departments on all payroll matters.
You manage the personnel administration of your business areas holistically and additionally support HR services for the entire group.
Entries and exits, changes, personnel and payroll data, as well as other administrative HR processes, are part of your diverse responsibilities.
You coordinate with social insurance institutions, withholding tax offices, and authorities to ensure that legal requirements are reliably implemented.
At the same time, you question existing processes, drive digitalisation and optimisation forward, and support time tracking as well as the maintenance of the organisational structure.
Qualifications:
A solid HR education and experience in payroll and social insurance form your professional foundation.
You bring a broad understanding of HR processes and enjoy handling operational matters independently and reliably.
Your strong affinity for numbers supports you in precise payroll work, while you use digital applications confidently and efficiently.
You present yourself as friendly, communicative, and solution-oriented when dealing with various contacts and enjoy working in a team.
You have confident German language skills.
