Head of General Construction Projects (m/f/d)

- Independent management of construction projects, including planning and all project phases
- Leading and motivating project and planning teams
- Responsibility for construction projects in the area of multi-family houses and object buildings
- Close collaboration and coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project participants
- Preparation and maintenance of project reports, minutes, and documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed studies as an architect or civil engineer, ideally ETH/FH or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in project management and in the field of general contracting, especially in the Swiss construction market
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards and laws in construction
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
